Is MEG for you?
MEG brings together people who enjoy the bush, care about conservation and are happy to lend a hand. Members share a rustic cottage and camping areas at Wartook, with time to explore the Grampians/Gariwerd region and get to know a small, hands-on community.

A shared responsibility
We’re a cooperative, and the upkeep is a shared effort. We encourage members to attend working bees or do a little maintenance when they visit.
Membership at a glance
Joining fee: $200 for a single membership or a joint shareholding between two people.
Annual fee: $200, payable in January.
Ages 18–24: a reduced annual fee of $100.
Property use: free for member shareholders and their dependent children. Guests of members are charged $10 per night; charges also apply for cut firewood.
