This is a unique opportunity to own a share in a unique property with a rich history and a future focused on environmental preservation and regeneration.

Membership Details:

- A joining fee of $120 is required to join the Cooperative. This can be for a single person or joint shareholding between two people. This investment helps fund our ongoing conservation efforts.

- We have a base membership fee of $150 per annum, payable in January of each year. This is reduced to $75 per annum for younger people aged 18 to 24. For those that use the property frequently we suggest an annual fee of $250 per annum.

- We seek members with a commitment to environmental preservation and encourage those who visit to do a little maintenance whilst there or attend working bees.

- Enjoy private camping sites, access to the rustic house for retreats, and the chance to be part of a small group of people dedicated to the environment.

- Use of the property is free for member shareholders and their dependent children. There is a $10 per night fee for guests of members, and charges for use of cut firewood.
