Terms and Conditions;

When using MEG, you acknowledge the following:

- Shall act in accordance with MEG Property Use Guidelines, including the 'Bushfire Policy' whereby members take it upon themselves to remain informed of weather conditions and possible hazards throughout their stay.

- Water may not be safe to drink and should be treated.

- Use of equipment / chemicals shall only be used by someone who must be competent and confident in their safe use and do so at your own risk. 

- The Pumping shed  contains dangerous chemicals and/or poisons and should remain locked for the duration of your stay. 

- Non-Member guests and visitors are more than welcome, and encouraged, whilst a member is present. A visitor fee of $10 per adult (over 18) per night is payable and goes towards the future maintenance and success of MEG, with payment being made according to the instructions listed in this form.

- Use of firewood provided will include a fee of $10 per fireplace per evening. This small fee will ensure there is no effect to the overall budget as only those who are using the wood are paying for it to be replaced. 

- Please be good neighbours. If there are other people in attendance at MEG please keep noise to a minimum after sunset and please be aware that noise does carry so even if MEG is unoccupied neighbouring farms and residences have the right to a peacefull evening.

- Agree to be responsible to brief and manage any guests or visitors regarding the above.
